I charge $200/hour for my services.

Payment is due at the time of service.

I do not accept insurance at this time, but I will generate a super bill that you can provide to your insurance company. Each insurance company has its own rates of reimbursement and limits, which I recommend you confirm in advance by inquiring about the following codes:

• Psychological Evaluation: 90791, 96136, 96137, 96130, 96131
